Shoot Up Travel Opportunities

The amount of travel opportunities we bump on too, when we are meeting people is increasing. Not only we are on the look for that kind of opportunities, but also we are meeting other travelers easily living this lifestyle.

In about seven months, we have to re-order and evaluate our life again. We took 2 years for our journey and already have spent one year- and halve off that. The amount of savings we have is reducing every month and we knew in advance that we had to make “new” money after ending the journey. The way we plan to do so we have left open.We both are healthy, intelligent people with the necessary education and skills to find a job again. Especially in our work field: social care and psychiatric clients are many job vacancies.

Not Ready

However after one year and a halve we KNOW we want to travel further! This lifestyle is to tempting and addicting we won’t give up easily. That’s why we on the look out for travel opportunities. If that will be with horses or other transportation, we leave open to the Universe.

In the past, we bumped into different advantageous chances. We met Esther in Holland, an owner of a foal breeder ranch and a camping under construction. If we want we can step into that. It was to soon and not involving traveling.

Chances

We met Mariska, a past horse drawn traveler with her own farm and in the chore to build up a save environment to work with psychiatric people. Just our cup of tea, but again too early and no traveling involved.

We met Werner in Austria. He is working hard on his riding school and in need for some additional hands managing the place. Tempting because of the nature he lives in but also yes too early….

We looked in Hungary to settle down almost bought a farm. Travel life is still to wonderful and we decided to go on.

We met Alle, a successful entrepreneur, giving us a chance to become a partner in business.

Natural Horsemanship

Yesterday we met Czech Jan. A young man in his twenty’s. In a few months, he and his wife travel to Australia to live and work on a ranch. The pay their self the tickets, getting board and lodging and a small amounts pocket money when working on the farm. That’s more of our liking. The farm even handles horses with the Natural Horsemanship’s attitude.

Besides the travel opportunities Jan giving us it becomes also a very memorable encounter. The young man is philosophical by nature and not shy talking about it. Some of those rarest meetings we have on this journey. He shoot also some beautiful pictures presenting on this page.

We don't complain

As if we say, we keep our eyes open to possibilities, wanted to stay also in “the moment”. Not an easy task but lets be clear: we don’t complain.

If and when a travel opportunity, combined with earning a living, comes up we dive into it but till that time, we hit the road.
