More statistics about places we stay, The RV Lifestyle we have, Media we met, awkward situations and much more! After several months, it is normal to collect “digits”. We still travel so these are interim figures. • We travel 13 miles a day. On the other two days, we stay over, to rest and give the horses recuperate time. In the months we travel, we made 1.491 mile. • Most of the time we stay at “wild” spots. We ask around to stay there. Ask permission at city hall or neighbors. • We cross four borders. Visit four countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Hungary so far. • The horses eat together three bales of hay pro day.• 21 gallons of water. • On travel days the eat 1 gallon oat each! • Aysha and Isabella are good eaters but “what goes in, goes out again”. Every day three wheelbarrows. On a wild places we do not clean that, but at people meadows we have to! • We change the iron shoes three times now. Every 435 miles. The have also walked barefoot 250 miles!
The National Media has followed us and local news pays attention, when we travel trough their city or village. • Three times National Broadcast • Five times newspaper • Two radio broadcast • A trendy magazine • Johns hometown advertiser We have two websites. One in Dutch with, more or less, 800 unique visitors a month. The English website is growing and because its fun to do more people will hopefully read this same article! More about places we stay.
